INTCO YOUNG Program 2025 Kicks Off: Over 600 Graduates Embark on Career Journeys

On July 2, the 2025 INTCO YOUNG Program officially launched, welcoming over 600 new graduates from across China to INTCO’s bases in Zibo, Shandong, and Huaibei, Anhui. This milestone marked the start of their first professional journey, with the program themed “Be Your Best Self”—a mission to guide young talent in transitioning into roles, enhancing capabilities, and creating value at INTCO, the largest latex-free disposable gloves manufacturer.

At the kickoff ceremony, Ms. Tian Tingting, INTCO’s Head of Human Resources, shared insights from dual perspectives: as a leader designing the program and as a 2009 INTCO YOUNG alumna who rose from newcomer to executive. She offered three pieces of advice: embrace the shift from student to professional, step out of comfort zones to grow, and prioritise teamwork to achieve collective success. “INTCO’s platform thrives on those willing to challenge themselves,” she emphasised, encouraging graduates to pursue excellence in roles spanning medical consumables, rehabilitation equipment, and physical therapy innovation.

A Structured Path to Versatile Excellence

The INTCO YOUNG Program is a three-year initiative divided into three phases: integration, department-specific training, and advanced excellence. It targets five core goals: cultural assimilation, professionalisation, teamwork, technical skill advancement, and accelerated growth, nurturing well-rounded talent equipped to excel in diverse roles, from R&D for latex-free disposable gloves to global supply chain management.

The program’s success hinges on collaboration between students, mentors, managers, HR teams, and executives, creating an “all-in” support system. This collective investment reflects INTCO’s belief that young talent is key to innovation, especially as the company expands its leadership in sustainable medical manufacturing, including eco-friendly nitrile gloves and green energy-integrated production.

Over the next four days, graduates will engage in intensive training: face-to-face talks with the CEO and executives, factory tours (including a firsthand look at automated latex-free glove production lines). They’ll also learn workplace etiquette, safety protocols, and core competencies to smooth their transition into roles in medical consumables production, R&D, or operational management.
