Declaration Letter on Non-authorised Agency

some enterprises or organizations have been selling hygiene products in Japan
under the name of INTCO MEDICAL without the authorization of INTCO MEDICAL and
its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as INTCO MEDICAL), which has
seriously damaged the rights and interests of INTCO MEDICAL and its customers
and disturbed the market order.

In this
regard, we solemnly make the following statement.

INTCO MEDICAL
has never set up any agent in Japan, nor has it authorized any agent or proxy
in the Japanese market, nor does it have any plans to set up an agent in Japan
in the future. Any sales or promotional activities in the Japanese market
conducted by any enterprise or organization under the name of INTCO MEDICAL’s
agent without INTCO MEDICAL’s written authorization are against our will, and
the related financial responsibility and legal consequences are irrelevant to
us.

In the
Japanese market, INTCO MEDICAL only accepts OEM processing on behalf of its
customers. Any enterprise or organisation using “INTCO MEDICAL” and
our other trademarks, brand logos and photos of our products on any leaflet or
homepage without permission is an infringement of INTCO MEDICAL’s intellectual
property rights. Please immediately remove, stop distributing, stop infringing,
and eliminate the negative impact caused to our company.

As of the date of this statement, the list of companies engaged in
illegal sales practices in Japan under the name of INTCO MEDICAL agent without
our authorization is as follows.

We will
investigate any infringement in detail and reserve the right to take all means
and claims, including legal action, to protect the legitimate rights and
interests of our company and our customers.
