Any sales or promotional activities in the Japanese market conducted by any enterprise or organization under the name of INTCO MEDICAL's agent without INTCO MEDICAL's written authorization are against our will, and the related financial responsibility and legal consequences are irrelevant to us.

In the Japanese market, INTCO MEDICAL only accepts OEM processing on behalf of its customers. Any enterprise or organisation using "INTCO MEDICAL" and our other trademarks, brand logos and photos of our products on any leaflet or homepage without permission is an infringement of INTCO MEDICAL's intellectual property rights. Please immediately remove, stop distributing, stop infringing, and eliminate the negative impact caused to our company.

As of the date of this statement, the list of companies engaged in illegal sales practices in Japan under the name of INTCO MEDICAL agent without our authorization is as follows.
