Icebreaker - Training on Quality Development

The formal launch of the 2021 Intco Young Program Induction Camp took place on 30th June. Nearly 700 campus recruiting students were divided into seven squads of 35 teams, and then developed team names, slogans, and flags, as well as formed teams for quality development training, respectively.

"Extreme 60 Seconds", "Hanno Tower", "Concentric Poles", "Life Power Circle", and "Ma Liang's magic pen"...The campus recruiting students immediately broke the ice and blended into the team throughout this two-day quality development program, accomplishing one task after another. Nearly 700 partners battled and suffered alongside one another, and cohesiveness between teams, trust between partners, as well as individual execution and communication abilities, were all exercised and developed after the journey.

Enter Intco - Training on Enterprises Culture

To assist the 2021 capmus recruiting students in swiftly grasping Intco's culture and integrating into the enterprise, a training on enterprise culture and company introduction was held in the camp on 2-3 July. Mr. Ma Dehua, Chief Talent Officer of Intco, presented and officially launched the Intco YOUNG initiative.

        Mr. Liu Fangyi, Chairman of the Board of Intco Medical, Ms. Chen Qiong, General Manager, Mr. Yu Haisheng, Mr. Wang Maokun, Mr. Zeng Tao, Deputy General Manager, and representatives from various departments also came to the camp to share their stories with the participants.

"A thing is valued if it is rare.In order to stand out in the workplace, aside from accumulated professional skills and management experience, you must possess something that is uncommon in the crowd—a noble character. However, when presented with the lure of profit, many people give up the basic moral character of honesty and integrity, so that good character has become a precious resource for career development. Therefore, I hope that every person in Intco would insist on becoming a person of noble moral quality." Chairman of the Board, Mr. Liu Fangyi's comments served as a vivid and meaningful lesson to the college students in attendance, motivating them to stride forward and go further and better on their vast professional path in the future.



Buff Plus - Training on Professionalism Course

Transitioning from school to employment entails more than a shift in status. What is a professional? What is the difference between the proactivity of students and that of professionals? What is the reason for the change in status? To assist Intco campus recruiting students in transitioning successfully from campus to workplace, professional career shaping teachers have been invited to give lessons in this intensive training camp.

Beginning with "Learning from Awareness", "From Campus People to Workplace People", and "Business Etiquette for New Employees", the lecturers combined theories with cases to help college students to achieve this transition successfully.

Additionally, during the substantial and intense training, the college recruiting students created a vibrant performance and delivered an amazing debriefing display. They sung for their youth, danced for the moment, and dedicated their sincerest and most passionate strength to their future in Intco.

What does Intco look like to you? What will the future of Intco look like? As the program winded down, campus recruiting students illustrated their dreams for Intco with their brushes. Additionally, they left themselves a three-year vision and action plan with the hope of becoming a better version of themselves at Intco.

On 6th July, the 2021 Intco Young Program Induction Camp made its final stop at the Zibo headquarters facility. Mr. Ma Dehua, Chief Talent Officer of Intco, led the campus recruiting students on a tour of the headquarters office buildings and manufacturing facilities. They will next visit various manufacturing and research and development facilities nationwide for study. After a week, they will be assigned to various jobs for internship, and their trip to Intco has already begun.

The current has returned to the sea as of yesterday, and the sails are ready to set sail from this point forward. Every student who joins Intco Young makes Intco Young different. We look forward that the 2021 Intco campus recruiting students will excel in their positions at Intco and live up to their aspirations and expectations.
